Goals included in Discharge Note

Navigate to Patient >> SOAP Notes

If user is not working with a patient then patient search will pop up. After entering patient number existing notes are displayed. Click Add SOAP Notes to add new note.

Select "Discharge Note"

Click on Goals tab. Goals from previous completed note is carried over to current note. Make changes if required. Click "Save & Continue".
