Navigate to Transaction >> Debit Transaction >> Charge Code.
If user is working with a patient "Charge code transaction" will be loaded else patient search pop up will open. Enter patient no# or patient name or SSN. Based on entered text patient list will be displayed. Select the required patient.
Enter details and click on "Submit"
