HCFA 1500 is generated in .txt format and then send it to insurance company via EDI.
Navigate to Billing >> Insurance Billing >> Insurance Billing
Enter details to generate 1500 claim and click "Revised Print".
Click "Peview HCFA-1500" to generate form.
Form 1500 is displayed.
Click Save button on Top hand right side to save the file in .txt format. 
Select Open with "Notepad".
Save file at preferred location. This file then can be send to EDI for processing.
