How to add payments made by insurance company?

Navigate  to Transaction>Credit Transaction>Paid By Insurance.

If user is working with a patient "Paid by Insurance Transaction" will be loaded else patient search pop up will open. Enter patient no# or patient name or SSN. Based on entered text patient list will be displayed. Select the required patient.


Enter Payment Details and Click "Submit".



Select Write-Off, if required.
