How to Add Patient Designee? – Apollo Help Desk | Training Document Repository

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patients >> Manage Patient.

Enter a keyword and click Search. Select and click on the row that has to be edited.

On Patient dashboard clicks "Patient Designee" on the right side under Related Task.

Enter data in respected field and click on "Add".
