How to generate HCFA 1500 claim form and log the bill?

Navigate to Billing >> Insurance Billing.

Enter details to generate 1500 claim and click "Revised Print".

Click "Peview HCFA-1500" to generate form.

Form 1500 is  displayed.

Closing the above preview, displays following pop. Click "Log the bill".
