How to uploaded documents?

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient.
Enter search keyword below Search Patient and click enter.



The patient list is displayed. Select the patient for which documents has to be uploaded.



The patient dashboard is displayed. Select patient documents from a related task.



Click "Add" to add documents.

Browse and select the files that need to be uploaded.



After files selected click "Upload" to upload files.


After files are uploaded confirmation message is displayed.
