If user closes the page and comes to quick entry and enters same details as above warning message as shown in below screen shot will be displayed.

If “Yes” is selected clicking on “Save” will save the charges.

If “No” is selected clicking on “Save” will again display warning message untill proper charges are entered or “Yes” is selected.
