How to create Daily Treatment note?

Navigate to Patient >> SOAP Notes

If user is not working with a patient then patient search will pop up. After entering patient number below page is displayed that will display the existing notes and also has option to add new note.

On below page click "Add SOAP Notes".

Select Daily Treatment note

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

 

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

View information and finalize note
