How to create Daily Progress Note?

Navigate to Patient >> SOAP Notes

If the user is not working with a patient then the patient search will pop up. After entering patient number existing notes are displayed and also has the option to add a new note.

Select "Daily Progress Note"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

 Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

  Enter data and click "Save & Continue"

View save information and finalize note.
