Plan Of Care in SOAP notes

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patients >> SOAP notes.

If user is not working with a patient then patient search will pop up. After entering patient number below selection is displayed.

Select "Plan of care".

If Plan Of Care is previously done then the data entered in subjective of previous Plan Of Care is brought over else it will be blank. Update data. When done click "Save and Continue".

If Plan Of Care is previously done then the data entered in objective of previous Plan Of Care is brought over else it will be blank. Update data. When done click "Save and Continue".

If Plan Of Care is previously done then the data entered in plan of previous Plan Of Care is brought over as Goals in Assessment else it will be blank. Update data. When done click "Save and Continue".

Enter data in Plan and click "Save & Continue".

Enter data in Prognosis and click "Save". Click "Finalize Notes" to complete the note.
