How to enter ICD 10 codes for a patient?

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to the patient dashboard. Select Patient Information under Related Tasks or click Personal Information box.

At the bottom of the patient information Diagnosis Information (ICD 10 Code) can be entered.
