How to configure Ready to Bill?

Ready to Bill feature will not allow to generate insurance bill until following data for a patient are entered.

Patient Sex, Patient Birth date, Referring Doctor, Referral Doctor Pin, Primary Diagnosis, Account Type, Clinician.

Navigate to Settings >> Account setup on upper right section.

Select Ready to bill.

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to patient dashboard. Select Patient Information under Related Tasks or click Personal Information box.


 Select "Ready to bill" on patient information and click "Save & Continue"



If any of the above data is missing message will be displayed and will not be allowed to set until the required data is entered.
