Are objectives carried over to next evaluation note?

Yes, objectives are carried from Initial to Re-Evaluation.

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to the patient dashboard. Select SOAP Notes under Related Tasks.

Click "Add SOAP Notes"

Select Re-Examination

Click on Objectives tab and you can see objectives data from the previous Examination is displayed. Make changes if required or click "Save & Continue". Save and continue will take to next drop down selection in Objectives. After the last drop down user is navigated to assessment.
