ICD 9 and ICD 10 diagnosis code can be updated on Initial Evaluation

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to patient dashboard. Select SOAP Notes  under Related Tasks.

Click "Add SOAP Notes" and select Initial Examination

Under current condition ICD 9 and ICD 10 diagnosis code can be updated.

ICD 9 and ICD 10 diagnosis code cannot be updated on Re-Evaluation.
