How to search ICD 10 Codes?

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to patient dashboard. Select Patient Information under Related Tasks or click Personal Information box.

In patient information under Diagnosis Information (ICD 10 Code) click on the magnifying glass

The more words you type in the narrow the search gets and will generate a code or a list of codes that corresponds to the ICD-10 you are looking for.

If you type in "shoulder" it will list all codes having shoulder.

If you type in "shoulder left limb" it will list all codes having these three words.
