How to add vitals and medications?

Navigate to Patient >> Manage Patient

Enter keywords to search and click "Search".

Select Patient and you will be taken to patient dashboard.

Select "Vitals and Medications" under Related Tasks

Add the Vitals and Medications of selected patient.

Display Vital details on patient dashboard
