Navigate to Patient >> SOAP notes
If user is not working with a patient then patient search will pop up. After entering patient number existing notes for the selected patient are displayed. Click Edit under action against incomplete condensed note or click "Add SOAP Notes" and then select condensed note.
After entering data, if you want to re-use the data in another condensed note then click check box "Save as quick text" below "Save & Continue".
Enter title for Quick text. Click "Save and Continue".
The same process can be followed to save Quick Text in Objective, Assessment and Plan.
The respective title of quick text gets displayed on top right in Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan.
