How to apply Quick text in Condensed note?

Navigate to Patient >> SOAP notes

If user is not working with a patient then patient search will pop up. After entering patient number existing notes for the selected patient are displayed. Click Edit under action against incomplete condensed note or click "Add SOAP Notes" and then select condensed note.

In Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan quick text title is displayed beside the tab.

Data of selected template gets updated in respective fields.
