By following these steps, you can seamlessly add documents to a soap note and verify the document count, helping you keep track of attached files in a more structured manner.
Step 1: Access the "Manage Patient" section from your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose any existing SOAP note from the list.
Step 3: Add Documents, In the "Action" column next to the selected SOAP note, click on the document icon to add documents.
Step 4: Click the 'Add' button, then select and upload the file you want to add.
Step 5: After adding the document, you will be redirected to the SOAP document page, where the added document will be listed. Then, return to the SOAP note listing page, where the document count for each SOAP note will be displayed under the 'No. of Documents' column.
