How does the intervention tab help with treatment planning and documentation?

The 'intervention' tab in soap notes is designed to help healthcare providers streamline treatment planning and documentation. By using this tab, you can effectively track specific actions taken throughout patient care, ensuring that records are detailed and organized. This feature promotes better continuity of care, allowing providers to stay updated on the interventions applied and improving the overall quality of treatment planning.

Follow these steps to add custom fields and view the 'Intervention' tab in Customer Notes:

Step 1: Log in to your Apollo Dashboard with your credentials.

Step 2: Click on "Patient" and select "Manage Patient SOAP Notes."



Step 3: In the search popup, enter the patient details and press Enter. Choose the patient from the list.



Step 4: On the Manage Patient SOAP Note page, click "Add SOAP Notes" and select any Custom SOAP Note.





Step 5: On the Physical Therapy Referral page, select data from the primary and clinician dropdown menus. Enter any required information and click "Save & Continue."



Step 6: In the 'Intervention' tab, you can add up to 15 custom fields.

Step 7: To add a custom field, click on the appropriate option to include it in the tab.

Step 8: To remove a field, click the 'Remove' (x) button next to the field.
