The check number option is activated when the payment mode is set to "check" during a transaction. By entering a check number at this stage, you can easily filter and search for transactions later using that specific check number. This feature simplifies the tracking of payments and helps maintain accurate financial records, making it easier to locate and manage transactions associated with checks.
To generate a report using a check number, follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign in to your Apollo dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to "File" and select "Transaction File”.
Step 3: From the dropdown, select "Payments”.
Step 4: Input the check number and any relevant date range.
Step 5: Click "Review Results" to display the transactions associated with the check number.
Step 6: The results will appear on the screen.
