Step 1: Log In to Your Apollo Dashboard:
Begin by logging into your Apollo Dashboard using your credentials. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the reports section.
Step 2: Navigate to the Reports Section:
From the dashboard's main screen, click on "Reports" to access the reporting options that are available.
Step 3: Select SOAP Notes Report:
In the Reports menu, choose "SOAP Notes." This selection will open the SOAP Notes report page.
Step 4: Apply Filters to Customize Your Report:
On the SOAP Notes report page, you can customize the report by applying various filters to view specific notes. The available filters include:
- Type of Note: Choose the type of SOAP note you want to review.
- Start Date and End Date: Define the date range for the notes.
- Note Status: Filter by the current status of the notes.
- Clinician: Select the clinician associated with the SOAP notes.
- SOAP Note Status: Apply this filter to view notes based on their SOAP status.
Step 5: Generate the Report:
