Step 1: Log in to the Apollo Application
- Begin by logging in to your Apollo application using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
- Once logged in, go to the Settings section of the application.
Step 3: Access the Update Scheduling Group Listing
- In the Settings, locate and click on the Update Scheduling Group listing. This section will display all the existing scheduling groups in a table format.
Step 4: Understand the Listing Columns
- The listing includes several columns:
- Group Types*: The name of the scheduling group.
- Clinician*: The clinician assigned to the group.
- Legend Color: The color code associated with the group.
- Status (Active/Inactive): Indicates whether the group is active or inactive.
- Action: Contains options to update the record.
Step 5: Add a New Scheduling Group
- To add a new scheduling group, click on the Add icon.
- You will be prompted to fill out the following fields:
- Group Name: Enter a valid name for the group.
- Clinician: Select a clinician from the dropdown list.
- Color: Choose a color from the color code.
- Status: Set the status to active or inactive.
