How to change activity colors from the settings?

Updating activity colors in the apollo application enables administrators to enhance the visual representation of various activities by customizing their associated colors. This feature improves organization and helps users quickly identify different activities.

Step 1: Log in to the Apollo Application

  • Begin by logging into the Apollo application using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Update Activity Colors

  • Once logged in, go to the Settings section and select Update Activity Colors. This will take you to the activity colors listing page.

Step 3: Review the Activity Colors Listing Page

  • On the Update Activity Colors page, you will see a table with the following columns:
    • Legend Name: The name of the activity legend.
    • Legend Color: The current color assigned to the activity.
    • Status: Indicates whether the activity is active or inactive.
    • Action: Options for saving or editing the record.



Step 4: Change or Update the Color

  • To change or update the color of an activity, click on the Color icon in the Legend Color column. A color picker will appear, allowing you to select a new color.

Step 5: Set the Status

  • You can also update the status of the activity by selecting either Active or Inactive from the dropdown in the Status column.

Step 6: Save the Changes

  • Once you have made the necessary updates, click the Save icon in the Action column to save the changes for the selected record. The updates will be applied immediately.
