Managing SOAP templates in the application involves several steps to navigate through the settings, search, edit, delete, and copy templates as needed. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1: Log in to the Application
- Begin by logging in to your application with your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Manage Templates
- Once logged in, go to the Settings section.
- In the Settings menu, select Manage Templates.
Step 3: Choose SOAP Templates
- Under Manage Templates, you will see two options: SOAP Templates and Other Templates.
- Click on the SOAP Templates button to proceed.
Step 4: View SOAP Templates
- You will be navigated to the SOAP Templates page.
- Use the Search button to view all available SOAP templates listed on the page.
Step 5: Understand the Template Listing
- The listing includes the following columns:
- Template Title: The name of the SOAP template.
- Action: This column contains buttons for different actions, such as Section, Edit, Delete, and Copy Template.
Step 6: Manage SOAP Template Sections
- To manage sections within a SOAP template, click on the Section button under the Action column.
- This will navigate you to a new page that displays the Treatment Log section of the template.
- On this page, you can:
- Add a new log by clicking on the Add New button.
- Use the Action column to edit or delete an existing section - treatment log.
Step 7: Add and Manage Questions
- Within the Treatment Log section, you can add a new question by clicking on the Question Mark icon.
- This allows you to include specific questions related to the treatment log.
Step 8: Edit SOAP Template
- After managing the sections, you can return to the SOAP template listing to edit the entire template.
- Click on the Edit button in the Action column to modify the existing SOAP template as needed.
Step 9: Delete SOAP Template
- To delete an existing SOAP template, click on the "X" Delete icon in the Action column.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Step 10: Copy SOAP Template
- If you need to create a similar template, you can copy an existing one.
- Click on the Copy Template button in the Action column.
- The copied template will appear in the list, ready for further customization.
