How can I find a patient based on the clinician’s name?

The "patient by clinician" report in Apollo helps you find patients linked to a specific clinician. You can search using the clinician's name, code, or visit date. Each clinician gets a code when a patient is added. With these filters, you can quickly see a list of patients managed by that clinician, making it easy to find their details and track visits.

Step 1: Log into the Apollo Dashboard

  • Start by entering your credentials and logging into your Apollo dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Reports Section

  • Once logged in, locate the settings menu, usually in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Click on “Reports” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Select "Patient By Clinician"

  • In the Reports menu, choose the “Patient By Clinician” option.

Step 4: Apply Filters

  • Enter the Clinician Code, Clinician Visit Date, or any other filter that suits your needs.
  • Once you've entered the relevant details, click “Review Results”.

Note: The clinician code is assigned to a patient during the initial patient setup.

Step 5: Review Results

  • A pop-up window will appear displaying the patient's name and associated contact number, based on the filters you've applied.
