Where do I see patients who have been rescheduled?

The Rescheduling Report feature allows users to generate reports based on scheduling office and clinician availability, daily or weekly. This function helps users easily track changes in the schedule and manage reports. Below are the detailed steps to generate and manage these reports:

Step 1: Log in to the Application
Start by logging into the application with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Report Section
Once logged in, go to the 'Reports' section and select the 'Rescheduling Report' option. You will be prompted to choose between Daily or Weekly reports.

Step 3: Select Report Type (Daily/Weekly)
From the dropdown menu labeled 'Report Type,' select Daily or Weekly, depending on your scheduling needs.

Step 4: Select Date Based on Report Type

  • If Daily is selected, choose a specific date for the report from the calendar.
  • If Weekly is selected, choose the week’s start date. The system will automatically select the end date, as it aligns with the full week based on the start date.

Step 5: Select 'List Only Clinician'
Choose the option to list only clinicians from the dropdown. This will filter the report to show data related to clinicians only.

Step 6: Select Scheduling Office
From the dropdown menu, choose the Scheduling Office relevant to your report. The office selected will determine which office’s data is displayed in the report.

Step 7: Generate the Report
After filling in the required information, click on the Review button. The report will be generated based on the selected criteria, displaying the data for the chosen scheduling type.

Step 8: Printing, Downloading, or Sending the Report
Once the report is generated, you can:

  • Print: Click the Print Report button to print the report directly.
  • Download: Save the report as a file for later use.
  • Email or Fax: Send the report via email or fax, using the options provided.
