Users can apply various filters to refine their search results, enabling an efficient review of patient data. After setting the desired filters, users can generate printable reports, making it easier to access, organize, and streamline patient information, thereby improving workflow efficiency. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to the Application:
- Open the application and enter your username and password.
- Click the Login button to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Patient File Section:
- Once logged in, locate the menu or dashboard.
- Click on the File section and then select Per Patient File to access patient records.
Step 3: Select Patient Numbers and Filter Options:
- In the patient file section, find the fields to enter patient numbers.
- Select the First and Last Patient Number: Input the range of patient numbers you want to filter by.
- Apply Additional Filters: Choose from the following options:
- Sort By: Select how you want to sort the results (e.g., by patient number or alphabetically).
- Account Type: Filter results based on the type of account.
- List Only Office: Check this option to view only patients associated with a specific office.
- List Only Clinician: Use this to filter by a particular clinician.
- List Only Account Type: Select a specific account type to display.
- Include Discharged & Dropout Patients: Choose "Yes" or "No" based on whether you want to include these patients in the results.
Step 4: Review the Results:
- After applying the filters, the application will display a list of patients that match your criteria.
- Carefully review the results to ensure they meet your needs.
Step 5: Generate a Printable Report:
- If you want to print the filtered results, click on the Print Report button.
- The application will generate the report, which you can then print directly.
Step 6: Clear Selected Filters:
- If you wish to remove the applied filters and start over, click on the Clear button.
- This action will reset all fields and clear the current filter settings, allowing you to re-enter your criteria.
