Follow the below steps to reconcile patient transactions:
Step 1: Login to the Application:
Enter your username and password to access the healthcare management application.
Step 2: Navigate to Reconcile:
From the main dashboard, locate the Reconcile menu option. Click on it, and then select Reconcile Patient Transactions.
Step 3: Select Patient Information:
Input the patient's details by selecting their First Name and Last Name from the provided fields. This will help you narrow down the transactions to the specific patient you are reconciling.
Step 4: Select the following filters to refine your search:
- Office: Choose the office associated with the patient's account.
- Account Type: Specify the account type (e.g., insurance, self-pay).
- Clinician: Select the clinician associated with the patient’s transactions.
Step 5: Sort the Report: Choose how you want to sort the report by selecting one of the following options:
- Transaction ID: Organizes transactions based on their unique identifiers.
- Patient Number: Sorts entries by the patient's identification number.
- Clinician: Arranges transactions by the healthcare provider’s name.
Step 6: Review the Report:
After entering all necessary information and filters, click the review report button. The system will compile the relevant transaction data for the selected patient.
Step 7: Print the results:
If the report meets your requirements, you can print it by clicking the print report button.
Step 8: Clear data for new report:
If you wish to adjust your selections or start over, simply click the Clear button.
