How do I create a detailed report of patient bills?

Steps to Generate Patient Billing Reports:

Step 1: Log In to the Application

  • Enter your credentials to access the application.

Step 2: Navigate to Patient Billing

  • Go to Billing and then select Details Patient Bills.

Step 3:  Enter Required Fields
Fill in the following fields to generate your report:

  • Patient - 1 #: (Required)
  • Patient - 2 #:
  • Patient - 3 #:
  • Patient - 4 #:
  • Patient - 5 #:
  • Include Activity Between: (Specify date range)
    • From: //____
    • To: //____
  • Rendering Office:
  • Billing Office:
  • Bill Only Charges Insurance Has Made Payments On: (Select Yes or No)
  • Include Inactive Account Types: (Yes/No)
  • ICD Code: (Choose ICD9, ICD10, or Do Not Print Code)

Step 4: Generate the Report

  • Click on the Review Results button to generate your report.

Step 5: Download, Print, Email, or Fax

  • Once the report is generated, you can:
    • Download it for offline access.
    • Print it directly from the application.
    • Email it to relevant parties.
    • Fax it as needed.

Step 6: Print the Results

  • To print the results, click on the Print Results button.

Step 7: Customize the Billing View

  • To set up your billing view, click on the Billing Setup button.
  • Select the fields you want to display in the report and click Save.
  • Regenerate the report to see the changes.

Step 8: Clear Selected Data

  • If you want to generate a report with different data, click on the Clear button. This will reset all the selected fields and allow you to enter new criteria for regeneration.
