Step 1: Log in to the Application
Start by logging into the application with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Patient Payers' Section
Go to File > Financial File > Patient Payers to access the reporting options.

Step 3: Enter Required Fields
Fill in the fields based on the report specifications:

  • Payor: Enter the specific payer information.
  • First Patient # and Last Patient #: Define the patient range.
  • Sort by: Choose sorting criteria, such as Patient Number.
  • List only Office: Select an office if needed.
  • List only Clinician: Select specific clinicians if required.
  • List only Account Type: Specify the account type if applicable.
  • Include Discharged & Dropout Patient: Select Yes or No.

Step 4: Generate Report Preview
Click on the Preview Results button to generate the report. A preview displays report details that include:

  • Patient
  • Patient Name
  • Payor
  • AT
  • Patient Balance (PAT BAL)
  • Balance

  • Printed On (current date)
  • Page Number

Step 5: Download, Print, or Send Report

  • To Download or Print the report, click on the appropriate option.
  • To Email as PDF or Send as Fax, select the corresponding option and follow the prompts.

If the results are not as expected, click the Clear button to reset filters and enter new criteria before generating a new report.
