Steps to Generate and review a credit balance report:
Step 1: Login to the Application
- Open the application and enter your login credentials. After logging in, ensure you have access to the Financial Files section.
Step 2: Navigate to the Financial Files Section
- Go to the main menu, select "File," then choose "Financial File," and select "Credit Balances" to access the report generation page.
Step 3: Enter Report Details
- In the Credit Balance report form, enter or select the following details:
- First Patient #: Enter the starting patient number.
- Last Patient #: Enter the ending patient number.
- Sort By: Select sorting criteria, such as "Patient Number."
- List Only Office: Choose the office or leave blank to include all.
- Clinician: Choose a clinician or leave blank to include all.
- Account Type: Select the type of account (optional).
- Include Discharged & Dropout Patients: Choose “Yes” to include or “No” to exclude.
Step 4: Generate the Report
- Click on the Review Result button to generate and view the results based on the entered details and selected filters.
Step 5: View and Analyze Report Results
- The report will display patient details under columns for each office. Example data includes:

- Patient Name: Deph, Jhony
- Charges: $125.40
- Paid: $174.00
- Adjust: $0.00
- Balance: -$48.60
- Last Visit: 11/03/2021
- Grand Total Patients: Shows the total number of patients, such as 19 in this example.
Step 6: Download, Print, or Share the Report
- After reviewing, choose any of the following actions:
- Print: Directly print the report by clicking the Print Report button.
- Download: Save a copy of the report to your computer.
- Email PDF: Email a PDF copy.
- Fax: Send the report by fax.
Step 7: Clear Data for a New Report
- If you want to generate a new report with different filters, click the Clear button to reset the fields and enter new search criteria.
