Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Navigate to the Account File Section:
Go to File > Account File.
Step 2: Customize Report Options:
- Sort On: Choose between Code or Name to organize the report.
- Print: Select either Code & Name Only or All Data based on your preference.
Step 3: Generate and Review the Report:
- Click on the Preview Result button to generate and view the report.
- The report will display the selected account type codes and associated data.
Step 4: Export the Report:
- Download: Save the report as a PDF file.
- Email: Send the report via email.
- Fax: Share the report through fax.
Step 5: Print the Report:
- Print: Use the Print Report button to directly print the report.
