Users can sort and customize the report based on various parameters and export or print it in the desired format for further use.
Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Login to the Application:
Access the application with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Referral/Attorney File Section:
Go to File > Referral/Attorney File.
Step 3: Select List Options:
Choose the required category: Doctors, Attorneys, or Others.
Step 4: Set Report Filters:
- Sort By: Choose between Code, Specialty, Last Name, Print Name, or Clinic Name.
- Enter Specialty: Specify the specialty, if applicable.
- Print Label: Select Yes or No for label printing.
Step 5: Generate the Report:
- Click on the Review Result button to generate the report.
- View detailed information, including:
- Address Line 1
- Contact
- Specialty
- Name
Step 6: Export the Report:
- Download PDF to save the report.
- Email or Fax the report.
- Use the Print Report button to print it directly.
Step 7: Print the Report:
- Click the print result button to generate the print report.
Step 7: Regenerate the Report (If Needed):
- Click the Clear button to reset the filters and generate a new report.
