Steps to generate an overdue insurance & patient bills report:
Step 1: Log In to the Application
- Access the system with your login credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Required Section
- Go to Billing > Patient Billing > Overdue Insurance & Patient Bills.
Step 3: Input Required Data
- Fill in the following fields to customize the report:
- Bill Balances Over: Choose 30, 60, 90, or 120 days.
- Payments Not Received After: Enter the specific date.
- Account Type: Add up to four account types as needed.
- Include Activity Between: Specify the start and end dates.
- Start/End with Patient # or Last Name: Define the range to focus on.
- Enter Office to Bill: Input the office information.
- Bill Only Charges Insurance Has Paid On: Select Yes or No.
- Bill Patients with Zero Balance: Choose Yes or No.
- Include Inactive Accounts: Decide whether to include these accounts.
- ICD Code: Select ICD9, ICD10, or Do Not Print Code.
Step 4: Review and Generate the Report
- Click Generate Report to review overdue balances.
Step 5: Export, Print, or Share the Report
- Use the available options to email, fax, print, or download the report.
Step 6: Print the Report
- User can print the report by clcikng on “Print Report” button.
Step 7: Clear Data (If Needed)
- Click the Clear button to reset the fields and start over.
Step 8: Set Up Billing Preferences
- Click Billing Setup to open the setup pop-up. Configure and save default preferences for future reports.
