Steps to Follow
Step 1: Login to the Application
- Open the application and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Manage Data Section
- Go to the Manage Data menu.
- Select the Manage Zip Codes option.
Step 3: Add a New Zip Code
- Click on the Add button to open the new zip code form.
- Fill in the required details:
- City Code: Enter the city code (this is a required field).
- City Name: Enter the name of the city.
- Zip Code: Provide the zip code in the format XXXXX-XXXXX.
- State: Select or enter the state.
- Click the Save button to add the new zip code.
- If you do not wish to add a zip code, click the Cancel button to close the form.
Step 4: Search for Existing Zip Codes
- Use the Search button to find specific records.
- Enter text in the search field to filter the list of zip codes.
Step 5: Edit or Delete Zip Codes
- In the Action column, locate the zip code you want to modify.
- Click the Edit icon to make changes to the selected record.
- Update the fields as needed and click Save to confirm.
- Click the Delete icon to remove the selected record.
- Confirm the deletion in the popup prompt.
