Steps to Add an Instruction Code
Step 1: Log in to the Application
Access the system using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Instruction Code Management Section
- Go to Manage Data > Scheduling Codes > Manage Instruction Code.
Step 3: Add a New Instruction Code
- Click on the Add button.
- Provide the following details:
- Instruction Code (Required): A unique identifier for the scheduling task or instruction.
- Description (Optional): Additional details to provide context or specific information about the instruction.
- Click Save to save the record. If any required field is left blank, the system will prompt you to complete the missing information.
- To cancel without saving, click Cancel to return to the previous screen.
Step 4: View and Manage Instruction Codes
- Search for Existing Records
- Use the Search button to view all existing records.
- Enter specific keywords in the search field to find a particular instruction code.
- Edit or Delete Records
- Use the Action column to:
- Edit: Make updates to an existing code.
- Delete: Remove a code if it is no longer needed.
