Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Login to the Application
- Open the application.
- Enter your credentials (username and password) and log in.
Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Section
- From the dashboard or main menu, go to Billing.
- Select Insurance Billing from the billing options.
Step 3: Fill in the Required Fields
- Complete the necessary fields for generating the UB-04 text file report:
- Sort By: Choose an option (e.g., Patient No.).
- Bill: Select Primary.
- Account Type: Specify the account type(s).
- Secondary Account Type: Add additional account types as needed.
- PTPN Account: Select from the dropdown.
- Start and End Patient #: Define the patient number range.
- Office to Bill: Enter the relevant office (e.g., DEMO2).
- Payor: Add payor details.
- Date to Bill From/Thru: Enter the date range.
- Additional Settings: Configure rebill preferences, barcode options, adjustment type, ICD codes, etc.
Step 4: Generate the Report
- Click the UB-04 TEXT FILE button to generate the report, which download the report in text format file.
- If a field is incomplete, the system will alert you to fill it in before proceeding.
Step 5: Customize Billing Setup (Optional)
- Configure billing preferences before generating the report to meet specific requirements.
- You can clear all filled details and start over to generate a different report.
