Users can edit, print (with or without MIPS), approve, or forward notes for manager review and completion. Once a note is approved, it is automatically removed from the list, ensuring an efficient workflow for handling notes and approvals.
Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Login to the Application:
Use your credentials to log in and access the application.
Step 2: Navigate to the Patient - Sign Assistance Notes Section:
Go to the patient module and open the "Sign Assistance Notes" section.
Step 3: View and Work with Existing Notes:
- All added notes are displayed on this page.
- Review, edit, or update any note as needed.
Step 4: Edit and Print Notes:
- Open the desired note to make edits or modifications.
- Print the note with or without MIPS, depending on the requirement.
Step 5: Approve Notes:
- Click the "Approve Notes" button when a note is finalized.
- Approved notes will be removed from the list to maintain an updated view.
Step 6: Create and Forward Notes for Manager Review:
- Create a new note and forward it to the manager for their review and completion.
- The manager can finalize the note on this page.
This feature supports efficient workflows for reviewing, approving, and finalizing assistance notes.
