The "Manage Patient" feature allows users to access and update a patient’s diagnosis details using ICD-10 codes. These codes, maintained in the "Manage Data - Standard Codes - Manage ICD 10 Codes" section, can be selected and assigned to a specific patient profile. Users can easily edit and save the updated information, which is reflected in the patient dashboard under the Diagnosis tab.
Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Login to the Application:
Log in to the system using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Patient - Manage Patient Section:
From the menu, go to the "Manage Patient" section to view the patient list.
Step 3: Open a Patient Profile:
- Select a patient from the list.
- Click on the patient name to open their profile and navigate to the patient dashboard.
Step 4: View the Diagnosis Tab:
On the patient dashboard, locate the Diagnosis tab, which displays the current diagnosis details.
Step 5: Edit Diagnosis Information:
- Navigate to the "Edit Information" page from the patient profile.
- Scroll down to the "Diagnosis Information (ICD 10 Code)" section.
- Add new ICD-10 codes or select existing ones from the list (codes ranging from sections A to L are available).
Step 6: Save and Update Details:
- After making the necessary changes, save the updates.
- The updated diagnosis details will now be visible under the Diagnosis tab on the patient dashboard.
This feature simplifies the process of managing and updating patient diagnosis information efficiently, ensuring accuracy and easy access for healthcare professionals.
