How can I generate and print a reconciliation report for patient transactions?

The reconcile patient transactions feature allows users to generate detailed reports based on selected patient and account filters. Users can sort the report, review the results, and print it directly for reconciliation purposes. If no report is needed, the selection can be cleared.

Steps to Follow:

Step 1: Login to the Application:

  • Access the system with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Reconciliation Section:

  • Go to Reconcile > Reconcile Patient Transactions.

Step 3: Enter or Select Report Criteria:

  • First Patient #: Enter the starting patient number.
  • Last Patient #: Enter the ending patient number.
  • List Only Office: Select an office (if applicable).
  • List Only Clinician: Choose a specific clinician (optional).
  • List Only Account Type: Filter by account type.
  • Sort By: Select Sort by Patient Number.

Step 4:  Generate and Review the Report:

  • Click Review Result to generate the report. 

Step 5: Print or Clear the Report:

  • Click Print Report to print the generated report.

  • If you do not wish to generate the report, click Clear to reset selections.

This functionality helps in reconciling patient transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
