This report provides a detailed view of outstanding balances for a specific payor, making it easier for the collection department to track and process payments. With all the necessary claim details available in one place, it eliminates the need to navigate through multiple system pages, ensuring a more efficient collection process.
Steps to Follow:
Step 1: Log in to the application.
Step 2: Navigate to: Reports >> Aged Accounts Receivable >> For Payor #.
Step 3: Select the report option: "A/R by Account No."
Step 4: Enter or adjust filters as needed:
- Bill to: Select "All" or specify a payor.
- First Patient #: Enter a starting patient number (if applicable).
- Last Patient #: Enter an ending patient number (if applicable).
- List Only Office: Select from the available options.
- Include Discharged Patients: Choose "Yes" or "No."
- Include Zero Balance Patients: Choose "Yes" or "No."
- Account Status: Select "All" or a specific status.
- Sort By: Choose "Patient Number."
Step 5: Click on "Review Result" to generate the report.
Step 6: Print the report by clicking the "Print" button.
Step 7: If adjustments are needed, clear filters by clicking the "Clear" button and re-enter the required criteria.
