- Enter your username and password.
- Click on Login to access your account.

- Navigate to the Reports section.
- Select Detail Reports from the available options.
- Click on 837 Rejection Report.
Step 3: How Do I Select the Required Fields?
To retrieve an accurate report, enter the necessary details:
- Sort By: Patient No. (required) or Billing Date.
- Bill: Employer, Primary.
- Account Type: Select from available options (1, 2, 3, etc.).
- PTPN Account: Select an appropriate account.
- Start With Patient #: (Required field: Patient No. or Billing Date).
- End With Patient #: (Required field: Patient No. or Billing Date).
- Enter Office to Bill: Select the appropriate office (e.g., DEMO2).
- Enter Clinician to Bill: Select the clinician(s) to bill.
- Payor: Choose the relevant payor.
- Date to Bill From: Enter the start date.
- Thru: Enter the end date.
- Bill for Charges Over: Enter the threshold amount.
- Do Not Exceed: Set the maximum billing limit.
- Bill Patients Who Have Not Been Billed Since: Enter the last billed date.
- Include Previously Billed Charges: Select Yes or No.
- Date to Rebill From: Enter the rebill start date.
