Steps to Retrieve the Charge File Report
Step 1: Log in to the Application
- Open the application.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Login to access the system.
Step 2: Navigate to the Charge File Section
- Click on the File menu.
- Select Information File.
- Click on Charge File to open the report section.
Step 3: Select the Procedure List
- Choose the Procedure Code Details option from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Choose Sorting Criteria
- Select a sorting option based on preference:
- Code
- Description
Step 5: (Optional) Enter Description
- If needed, enter a keyword or term in the Enter Description field to refine the report results.
Step 6: Retrieve the Report
- Click on Review Results to display the report, which will include:
- Code
- Description
- Amount
- Page Number
- Printed On timestamp
- For All Offices
Step 7: Share the Report
- You can download, email, fax, or print the report as required.
Step 8: Print the Report
- Click the Print Report button for an immediate hard copy.
Step 9: Clear and Retrieve a New Report
- To generate a new report with different criteria:
- Click on the Clear button.
- Re-select the required fields.
- Click Review Results to generate a fresh report.
