Will the billing information from previous SOAP note be carried forward when new SOAP note is added?

Note: This feature is not activated by default. If you need this feature please send email to [email protected] for activation.

 

Navigate to Patient >> SOAP Notes

If  user is not working with a patient then the patient search will pop up. After entering patient number existing notes are displayed and also has the option to add a new note.

Click "Add SOAP Notes" and select the type of note that you need to add.

Enter data and click "Save & Continue".

Click on billing tab. Billing information from previous completed note is brought over to current note.
