Can I set different time intervals for Patient Appointments by default?

Yes, user can set default time interval for scheduling patient appointment as per their requirement. For example: Time intervals are given as 30,60,90 and 120 mins for user to select from.

Navigate to Settings -> Account Setup

Drop down is given to select Default time duration in minutes for appointment from where you can set the default appointment time duration.

Now go to Scheduling page and add an appointment

Scheduling -> Patient Scheduling or Scheduling By Clinician

Add a new appointment popup, by default 90 mins duration will be selected.

Add a new group appointment, by default 90 mins duration will be selected.

 

Add a new block appointment, by default 90 mins duration will be selected.
