How to add General Notes for patients?

Yes, User can add general notes against each patient.

Navigation: Patient -> Search Patient -> General notes

Brief Explanation: - User can add general notes patient wise. The notes can be printed too. Notes can be deleted if not required. While adding note user can mark it as important by checking the important checkbox . The important notes will be highlighted in yellow. User can also mark all notes as important by selecting Important checkbox from the table of notes.
