How do I Co-sign a note for a PTA?

Make a user as assistant 

Login as assistant

Navigation: Patients -> Manage patient SOAP notes

Select a patient to add Soap Notes. Select a note to add for example Re-Examination. Select a Supervisor to whom the note has to be Co-signed.

Note: The note must be finalized to co-sign to Supervisor.

The note once saved will be visible to H Doe under Sign assistant notes.

Login as H Doe
