Are initial evaluation codes carried over from previous note?

Navigation: Patients -> Manage patient SOAP notes -> Add a new Initial Examination Note

Initial eval code is added for SOAP billing for Initial examination. Now Complete this note and add any other note, for example: Daily Progress Note, other billing codes will be carry forward but not the initial eval code details.
